It's 32 degrees cooler than it was earlier this week, so I went outside and touched grass today! 😆 The hum of bees in this sunflower field was amazing! 🌻

Being an instantaneous gratification isn't quick enough type of gal, I moan every fall about giving up my largest garlic cloves to stick in the ground for the following year's harvest. But I get to reap what was sown every August and I'm thankful to my October '24 self today.

GRAPES! I got a cutting of my mom's Niagara grapes before we sold her house. There's nothing quite like flavor memory. Eating these every fall takes me right back to the farm.
