One of my two tomato plants (Green Zebra) is producing multiple odd blossoms with many more petals than usual. They are called megablooms and are a fusing of multiple ovaries. Possibly caused by cool evenings this year, although I’ve never seen before. #tomato #Floralfriday #garden #pnw

Summer wine - I love the fragrant blossoms, but the plant itself is a beast.
This isn’t the best photo to show it, but the ferns came up between paving stones in my patio and I thought they were so lovely that I couldn’t remove them, even though they are now quite large.
Here are some blooming in the botanical garden next to the ship canal locks in Seattle.
There were wonderful views of the Olympics today! This is at the Ballard mouth of the ship canal.
Our Sarah would be chewing on all of those cables until that second dinner is served.
