For fun, I decided to enter my HoloATC for Snap Inc. Spectacles app into their 4th 'Community challenge' some time ago. Didn't expect much from it, as there's lot of competition from highly talented young people. Kind of forgot about it, too. Until yesterday evening:

Well, I must say *this* is a surprise. I assumed my stint as an MVP would end when Microsoft left the XR field. Lo and behold: last year I was a Mixed Reality Development / Windows Development MVP, this year I am a proud Windows Development / Developer Tools MVP. #mvpbuzz
Thank you. Let me add some poppies to that. These are growing at my allotment to attract pollinators for the veggies. Their ancestors I grew from seed I got from my now deceased father in law, and as they self seed now, also double as a living memory.
And here we are, 30 years later. We celebrated with a dinner friends and family yesterday evening - those that are still amongst us - in our favorite restaurant. Some brought their kids who were not born then, yet are now at the same age as us on this picture 😁 Love you still as I did that day 💞

The aircraft tracker? Tbh I have no idea where I bought it anymore, and also did not remember what. It was, what? 5-6 years ago. Does this picture help? It comes with a wire with an antenna that is on a window still, the device itself sites behind a bed in the spare bedroom)
