Not sure about the time required to do a beef stew in the pressure cooker but use the slow cook function... Started prepping for this about 2pm. Smells good, tastes amazing, but the better part of 5 hours between start and nommies? Oof. Pressure cooker version next time.
I'm no expert, but I broke down a pine pallet, chopped it up, glued and screwed it together, and have a stable 4 legged planter box. The cap/lip is slightly oversized, but not completely crap. Used some spare merbau to strengthen the corners. It's leaky enough it shouldn't rot.
