😂 I once had a 22lb cat (part Maine Coon) who would launch himself at me from the back of a stuffed chair when I'd walk by and land on my shoulder. He loved being held, which is why I called him Snugglepuss P. Fluffers. P stands for Passionboy. My Fluffers went over the Rainbow in 2015. 😢

I truly intend to. I have a half-finished painting of one of my cats that sits on the easel staring at me. I got interrupted by a move from CA to FL, then bought a house that needed much renovation and yard relandscaped. Didn't realize how much time all of that would take -- still doing it! 😲

I have to disagree. For me, the perfect duck is a black-bellied whistler. They are stunning. They also mate for life and both parents take care of the ducklings.

Foofy Furface is looking at the stray who desperately wants in. I realized that someone abandoned her nearly 18 mos ago so adopted her. She's one of the sweetest cats I've ever had. So sad that she lived outside on her own for so long. She's a happy house cat now. Her name is Fluff Muffin.

The sun is setting on 2025, the most financially devastating year of my life. Thanks DOGE and other scammers for draining $64,000+ from my retirement savings and Social Security (I have no pension)--on top of some unexpected major expenses. Medicare has ripped away any COLA increases of Social Security from me for probably the next 5 years. I'm not looking forward to see how much more damage can be done in 2026 and my ability to live a comfortable old age. This experience has been a clear message of how much this country values it's senior citizens.

I've read that he was a groyper at 15. His mom posted in Facebook a photo of his costume for Halloween, calling it some kind of meme. She had no clue what he was into at 15 except that Helldivers 2 game.
