Facebook shows me someone I know in People You May Know. I know them. I attempt to friend request and get this message. Go home Facebook you're drunk.
So glad to hear HDA at @defcon.bsky.social is hosting a memorial for @delchi.bsky.social at 5-6pm today. They are aptly calling it Last Call (the title of his comic book) and featuring the last words he ever messaged me. You are cyberpunk Delchi, always were.
The State tried to silence me on this one, but I published the raw docs in full to lucky225.2600.blue/falcon.zip 2 days prior and the Pueblo Star Journal already made their own copy so 🤷♂️ @coloradofoic.bsky.social
If there was ever a better example of why age verification based on State law, which violates the dormant commerce clause, is bullshit this is it. I wasn't in Texas, I'm not in a VPN and I'm not going to share my exact location. Why did this show up? AT&T CGNAT in CO goes out Dallas.
I paid $100 on a gamble a public records request I knew would be heavily redacted in hopes it would unmask an anonymous LLC, and it paid off. I got 73 PDF and Excel files in a zip file today and fed it to ChatGPT who unmasked the true corporation in seconds. cc @coloradofoic.bsky.social
Apparently this is "unfounded" for PPD to issue the Pueblo County clerk and recorder's son a harassment ticket. But benign Facebook comments related to an elected officials official duties counts as harassment for a protection order?
BREAKING: The Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder also filed a protection order on Elvis now over Facebook 1A protected statements that she alleges is "harassment". Meanwhile her son was actually harassing him, PPD cited for harassment, but she claims it's "unfounded." Cc @coloradofoic.bsky.social
Hesitant to post given Vinelink lied this morning but the jail and PIO are not answering to verify. Bond disappeared first a few hours ago and now both are not showing on the roster.
Brian Cotter, the ex-Pueblo County Coroner has had his bond reduced from $1M to $500k
Sometimes I wonder if the people I'm dealing with are on the same planet. I can't make this up. @coloradofoic.bsky.social
It's CORA day, 2 towns both informed me they're violating State law at 11:41am this morning 😊
This may be what you're thinking of but this one only applies if information was originally supplied to be verified or is not correct and courts have put the smack down on this one as well.
Reading comprehension, they believed it was last calibrated Feb 2025 as that is when the certificate itself was PRINTED. Below is a screenshot from before they corrected. They also think these radar devices are lidar. They're not very bright over there.
After my reporting Kersey re-calibrated their radar 8 days after it expired. A CORA request shows they issued ZERO citations during the expired period.
We back like the Hellcat Durango. Have fun with the "last" omega penny sucka 😂
It's important to check your email occasionally, like at least once every 5 years after a class action claim
Nah, sorry, our UX sucks, if you ACTUALLY want that card to be used for renew you have to hit this arrow and click edit defaults for no reason to get this pop up to click this little check mark. Like your UX sucks, seriously. And you shouldn't nuke DNS client side so that it can't auto restore
I've honestly about had it with @namecheap.com -- auto renew never works because their UX is shit and then they just wiped out a TON of custom dns because of it. If they don't restore the DNS I'm moving ALL domains. You would think based on my screenshots auto renew would hit my card right? 1/x
Kersey has now posted the SB camera, along w its calibration certificate & a 45 day warning period ending on July 4th. Conveniently Kersey does NOT list the certificate for its existing NB lane camera, which expired, see below (and they removed it from their FAQ) www.kerseygov.com/departments/...
Apparently I forgot to follow up here. The City of Commerce City is misinterpreting its own case law against itself. An Arapahoe County court clearly agrees both Daniels and additional COA case law does not define disciplinary records as a personnel file. Now Hudson is doing the same to 9news today.
Breaking: The Town of Kersey is using a photo radar device that doesn't even have a current calibration certificate. They believe because the certificate was PRINTED in Feb 2025 it's good until Feb 2027. The certificate itself explains it's valid only 24 months after it was CALIBRATED.
I won't be able to testify today, but it's important someone does and speaks out about the 1A issues hiding in it. sites.coleg.gov/public-testi...

See this indictment and the arrest affidavit from JUNE of last year that they just filed last month to arrest Elvis. They initially THOUGHT HB26-1422 was already law. The retaliation piece is another hyperbole 'threat' (alleged told her she would get what's coming to her). 1A is under attack in CO
