Was having a wee look at www.lightningmaps.org with all the tracking stations enabled and was reminded of Wargames
Ugh...was overjoyed recently to come across new music tracks that were total earworms, then today I discover they are AI made. So fucking fed up with it pervading every aspect of our lives.
Really wish articles would leave out "the UK" when they're not referring to the United Kingdom in its entirety. If only we could have quietly left the Union while UKGov's leadership imploded once again...just grabbed our keys and slipped out the door. www.theguardian.com/environment/...
Restenneth Priory near Forfar, over 800 years old and previously home to Augustinian canons. Hard to believe this used to be completely surrounded by a loch!
Rådhuspladsen metro station gave me slight Escher-esque vibes...just without actually breaking all the laws of physics.
A thing we could have had in 2022 in Scotland, if Westminster hadn't done the usual and thrown a tantrum, preventing it from being implemented. Here in Copenhagen, returning these three bottles will give DKK 1.50 each - DKK 4.50 is around 52p just now.
The United Kingdom's governing party falling apart at the seams with dissension in the ranks and mutiny being fomented over dismal leadership. This feels...familiar.
Missing Mum so much right now, she would have absolutely adored this view 💔
Post a logo, emblem, or title (with its original font) that remains as perfect today as when it was new.
Can also vouch for the ridiculously tasty Earthquake Ale on tap here, brewed specially for the Shaky Toun - as the UK's earthquake capital, we have the world's first dedicated seismometer observatory with our position on the Highland Boundary Fault. www.undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/comrie/earth...
Absolutely love our local. Right at the front door in The Royal Hotel, Comrie.
A red kite on the prowl overhead...love that I get to hear this sound every day!
Well worth several years of anticipation - ridiculously tasty food, fabulous cocktails, the whole experience in itself was delightful and it was an absolute pleasure to finally meet @colken.bsky.social (enjoy the fitba the morra!) Now away aff hame to descend into a contented food coma for a week 😁
Today I discovered Changing forget-me-not (Myosotis discolor) growing in the garden, and OH MY GOD LOOK AT THEIR PERFECT TINY WEE FLOWERS
Possibly one of my favourite scenes from the first season of #Silo - Bernard's eyebrow twitch had me screaming...cannot wait for the start of season three in July!
