Patel cancelled his flight to Chicago just as he was preparing to leave on Friday morning, according to three people briefed on his move. But the trip to Chicago was already stirring anger and controversy inside the FBI, multiple current and former law enforcement officials told MS NOW. He was planning to attend his girlfriend Alexis Wilkins' performance Saturday at a country music festival held in the parking lot of a major Chicago stadium, the three people said. Patel's staff had arranged for the director to make an office visit Friday to the Chicago field office to coincide with his trip, according to two other people with knowledge of the director's schedule.

This is one of the major reasons why we are here today in this capitalistic hellscape that NO ONE wants to ever talk about, if the fines are just an annoyance, or like buying a cup of coffee, they are not punishments. Only $32k in seven fines this year leading to THIS?

The unstable building has seven violations between July and December 2025, resulting in more than $32,000 in fines issued.
There are at least 22 violations that date back to 2020.
Metro Loft, the developer of the conversion project, released a statement saying, "We are working closely with the Department of Buildings to understand the full scope of the situation. The safety of our workers and the public has always been, and remains, our top priority."
The cause of the instability will be determined after the emergency trusses are in place, according to the buildings commissioner.

For a very long time, I have been feeling really insecure about my color work. I wasn’t doing much of it because I’ve focused on cutting in the last few years and I’ve had some managers that have not been the best, who favor others and just gave me cuts. I can’t stand how much I adore these two. One is tiny dainty princess that I cater to as much as I can and would slit throats for à la John Wick, the other is a needy af sub boy that is annoying as hell but I would slit throats for, à la John Wick.

A tiny princess bèbè kitten who is almost 4 yrs old but has the tiniest feet in the house, she has dilute pattern of a brown tabby and blue eyes. Next to her is a needy greedy of attention 99% void boy cat, who *is baby* and is also massive in length and girth. They are laying on top of a soft cotton blanket, very happy.

I know no one cares, but fuck it! Here’s some of my recent faves that I made from SuitU. 1/2

Golden goddess of peace. The background is green and gold ombré, her dress is colors of yellow and gold, her skin is medium brown with golden hair. She has angelic wings around her and a golden crown halo. She is holding a basket flowers, of green pink and gold. There are doves flying in front of her. She looks peaceful.

I love this, but no one really cares, yanno? :) it’s mostly black and while/silver with some dark cool tones purple. There are sparkles, and flowing hair and a white cat being cute in the back.

This was a two lovers trying to justify their love to you prompt. She is confident and telling you plainly how she feels. He is a bit shy and flustered. They both sport rose accessories and they are brother and sister, who have been vying for your attention. They are in your apartment together, like this is a movie or some such. I could go on, but it’ll start sounding like YA fiction.

Having now cut at least 100 “low taper fades” and “textured fringe” haircuts, I can confidently say that so many of the textured fringe haircuts are just some gel and piecey hair strands going downward from Robert’s hair at this time and it’s kinda confusing me and tickling me at the same time.

Thanksgiving plate today. My hasselback potatoes gratin came out almost perfect! Just needed a touch more salt. I also made a biscuit and sausage stuffing/dressing with low sage that was divine, but would make a better Thanksgiving or Christmas breakfast. Luke made a perfect turkey and beans.

I’m a bit broke right now so I can’t pay for AppleTV atm, so I have been watching a couple that does reaction videos on YouTube watch the show Pluribus. Just watched ep 3. Sent this to Luke after watching the episode, and I just realized why I have been so into this show since the 1st episode.

Fuck, I just figured it out why Pluribus hits so hard so easily.
The main character is obliviously trauma/
neurodivergent coded, has one person in her life that she trusts and that gets her in a way no one else does, that person dies in this event that's supposed to be like the best thing to happen to humans ever and she doesn't get to be a part of it and her person - is gone.
Not to mention Carol is not the most easy person to get to know. There are some deep dark layers to her that she is keeping locked up in order to stay safe.

If anyone wants to know what kind of Goth I wished I could be in the 90’s, it was this kind of Goth. Even with the color.
