For anyone wondering if it's worth rescuing a feral kitten, I can assure you that after a short 6-7 years you will have the most loving, possessive, needy lovebug who will be your permanent shadow. Sure, you may appear to juggle barbed wire for the first cpl years but so,so rewarding 😻

8 bloody yrs...that's how long it took to change my cats official name at the vets. I found her as a tiny stray and panicked when they asked her name. 8 yrs of cringing every time they called us in using the name of a TV character I'd just seen. The shame of it.
