That's right y'all, I'm a Canadian immigrant three times over. (I immigrated to Canada, Dad immigrated to Canada, my maternal grandparents immigrated to Canada.)

Aw yis they gave me an empty box to talk about how to make highways better.

Survey question "What else would help improve your driving experience on provincial highways?" and my response, "A train. Passenger rail between Calgary and Edmonton would reduce the amount of traffic on Highway 2, thus making a more pleasant and safe driving experience for those who drive.

Legislating against LED headlights, which are blinding and make it hard to see the road at night.

Restricting the size of SUVs and pickup trucks to improve safety and reduce wear and tear on the road surface (thus requiring fewer traffic-slowing repairs). "

In the USA one of the big reason is regulation dodging. Exploiting badly writen exceptions to emissions laws and the like. Also, American car dearlerships don't so much sell cars as they use cars to sell Loans, so the bigger and more expensive the vehicle they can get the customer to buy, the bigger the loan, the more money they make off the interest on it.

Ok so I don't love the demisexual flag OR the grey ace flag but it turns out when you put them together they fix the problems of both flags? Behold, the demigreyace flag.

*sighs* I have a small sustainable fashion business and um unfortunately there is a third option. Divest from the production economy entirely. I'm coming face-to-face with the fact that I cannot in good conscience keep producing stuff that we don't need. I have to change my business model. 😕

One of my friends mentioned the other day that it looked like my one eye was slightly higher than the other one. And omg this would explain A LOT about various little vision and body problems I have. Did some messing around on Inkscape with a headshot and look! (The two lines are perpendicular.)

CW: food This is what Christmas dinner with MCAS looks like. 😂 (Don't be sad for me, I don't actually like ham that much, and I have chocolate cheesecake incoming for dessert and the fact that I can eat all of this means my MCAS is in a pretty stable place.)
