My first thought upon hearing this was actually this scene:
Tender Loving Take: “Waterfalls” by TLC is one of the 100 greatest songs ever released - the production is INCREDIBLE, the themes are both timeless and heartbreakingly relatable, and the chorus is actually (like ACTUALLY) perfect. This is as great as R&B AND pop get.

Trainwreckords suggestion: (Formerly Lil) Bow Wow - New Jack City II This was his turn into “harder” material after the incredibly successful The Price of Fame. It flatlined. Debuted at #16, no singles hit the top 50. Not one top 40 hit afterward. @shadowtodd.bsky.social

Here’s a back to back streaming comp to a rock Trainwreckord - St. Anger. Now people have called that the biggest bad album ever.. but its streaming numbers are actually atrocious (sub 300 million), whereas Mania is about to hit 800 million. It is a mathematical certainty it hits a billion.
Caught it opening night. This might be the most disappointed I’ve been after seeing any movie in theaters. Even Dylan Moran couldn’t save it.
