This is the only nude hiking event I participated in, but I stayed dressed. I may seem crazy to others for hiking the AT alone, but I’m not crazy enough to go nude with so many bugs, mice, snakes, wild mountain goats and horses and bears. I got licked by the goats and boy I was glad I was dressed!

I bought this First Edition 1964 book for $1.00 at a Flea Market at least 30 years ago. One of my prized possessions. It was written by his friend and neighbor in Georgetown Benjamin Bradlee. The inside is mint. The outside cover photograph was taken by David Drew Zingg for Sports Illustrated.
