tbh, the entire field is kinda bad at fundraising compared to tiffany who is well over $10 million atp though, i could be missing some PAC support with this
it's pretty easy (beat it first try), but it's also genuinely informative and solid campaign rhetoric it controls flappy bird and the pixel art is very good
i was looking at some of the late polling for this race and i gotta say, wtf is even happening here
some people just say shit like "bluesky only opposed platner because of israel" and go on with their day
DRA's rough demographic voting algorithm shows that chevalier narrowly won black voters in NY-13 (look at left) while cuomo narrowly won black voters in NY-13 in the 2025 primary (look at right) grain of salt, since the r^2 coefficient isn't particularly high for either, but still worth noting
in the NY-13 primary, chevalier likely performed *better* with black voters compared to mamdani's primary performance the swing map between 2025 myr. prim. and 2026 NY-13 prim. shows the precincts that chevalier performed better (or at least near even w/) than mamdani are the ones with high black %
USA today captioned a picture of brad lander at NYC pride as "a man holding a flag"
yeah i think they would, like i just looked on DRA to see household income by precincts (dark is below median income) and the dividing line between the two CDs is crazy
also, bores did kinda bad in the upper east side? like, i thought that was supposed to be his political base
do you think schlossberg could be a bores spoiler or is my read on that completely off (i know jackshit about NY-12 politics)
i know that adriano espaillat literally lost today, but this is probably the most shocking incumbent underperformance to me i can't even comprehend how this is possible, can a knower of NY-06 pls tell me what happened here
AOC seems to be on track for her largest primary victory of her career, she is currently at around 87% while in 2024 she was at 82% she also has 30k votes this year compared to 20k last year, a big turnout bump
mamdani only supported candidates in his four best CDs, and even still chevalier is winning narrowly
