Dirona in a plastic tub. Does anyone know if the pink/orange ones are different than the white ones, or do they just have some kind of gunk growing on them?
Fantastic low tide today, but the first thing I did when I showed up was drop my phone in a pool of icky water. I was able to take some cool pictures (The dock for the Vashon Island ferry seems to be where the cool nudibranchs go in Puget Sound.) but now I have to let my phone convalesce.
As I get better at finding critters on the beach I get worse at photographing them. Here's a sea star.
