Anyways, because there are so many different analytical theories and tools, it's best to look into the authors who invented or successfully apply those theories to see which ones you find the most persuasive. Here's one example of a chronological list of specific literary theories.

I learned about Medfouna ("Berber Pizza") from @tastinghistory.bsky.social so made some with lamb. Amazing and so filling. I've never tried Ras el Hanout spice before but it's so good! I also used it to make some pancakes this morning with a little rose water.

Stuffed flatbread "pizza" on parchment paper, baked and golden brown.

Quarter slice of stuffed flatbread Medfouna on a plate with a fork. Apparent filling is lamb, feta, onion, and herbs.
