15 years after its passage, Act 10 remains one of the most consequential and controversial anti-worker laws in WI history. In 2011, then-State Senator Tom Tiffany voted in favor of Act 10 which sharply limited collective bargaining rights for public employees and reshaped labor relations in WI.
