He went to the groomer today and when we got back he immediately flopped like it's the worst thing that's ever happened to him
I put his thundershirt on earlier because there was indeed thunder And then I walked away and realized he was standing still like "you made me a chorizo now what"
I came to the basement to use the treadmill and he's flat because UGH so BORING Dude nobody made you follow me down here.
Staring at Waffles digging around in this bed as though he doesn't do the exact same thing.
Despite having 200 other toys Wally wants this one because Waffles has it. Being an older sibling is hard.
Ignore the disaster of a patio - and focus on the fact that this grumpy old man dog has started doing what my grandpa used to do: just sit outside when it's hotter than hell and watch birds.
I had to leave to go to the dentist and I'm gonna feed the dogs when I get back. Paul sent me this with "Sooo...she's coming back right?"
Waffles did eventually eat when he realized his usual servant wasn't around to serve him properly. Apparently Wally just sat there mostly confused.
Paul tried to give Waffles breakfast and got "Look, I'm sure you're doing your best, but this just isn't how it's done"
On the upside - no pacing/anxiety behavior so hopefully he's learning? He's mostly just been sitting there, where before he'd go from there/the door to the couch and back over. And over. And over.
Paul had to take me to the airport so we left them in the living room, and left the camera on them. He escaped and then went flat because he has nothing to do - all his toys are still in the playpen. You made it out, Wally, BUT AT WHAT COST.
I have to wash the lining of his playpen and he doesn't understand why it is deflated now.
Somebody chose to run around like a crazy person after eating his breakfast Which made him puke it all up And he is confused and also it is my fault.
Never not funny to me I moved all the way to Maryland just to be equally miserable in the summer as I was back home in TX. The relief is that we at least have seasons and I know fall is coming.
When I brought him home he didn't know how to go upstairs. He has since settled on this method.
So when Waffles goes upstairs, he hops, which I always thought was normal for a dog with little legs to do. And then I got Wally.
It brings me a lot of joy that one of his favorite toys is the first one I got for him for the day he came home. I chose it because it kind of looks like Wally 😂
I have one of those. His street name might be Waffles but I'm pretty sure his gang name is Shoot First.
Trying to explain to a frustrated little dog that Waffles's business hours are 9-9 and that he will not play before then.
My favorite thing about hotd is that the outcomes for these characters are known because it's set way in the universe's past but every time something important happens/someone dies everyone is
Wally was curled up on the couch. I shifted how I was sitting and felt something warm on my foot. I looked down and sir wyd.
This led me to think of musicals I love on the way home and now I'm having a snack and watching the GOAT Cinderella rendition
The only creature in the world who may love Waffles as much as I do is Wally.
I don't think he understands the play bow so instead he just straightens his legs and paws at Waffles until Waffles plays with him
