I'm glad my old copy of Flash CS5.5 still runs great! Animate's on the left, Flash CS5.5 on the right. All of the newer paintbrush line stuff is missing, so I'll have to do some workarounds & manual down-porting. otherwise, not as bad as I thought it'd be to save my rigs! will get through this. 💖

I don't know why I put off using my copy of TVPaint for ten years, I started using it for roughs this week and making little bounces and dances and it's so good, why on earth did I never use this program for anything until now

Newspaper comic strips have been my biggest inspirations. I'll always love Calvin and Hobbes, but I think Richard Thompson's work (especially for his comic Cul-de-Sac) forever changed the game for me. his way of drawing and sensibilities clicked with me immediately in 2016, and still does today. :D

Update on the DVD idea: I did a DIY test print this week for an old Keev DVD from 2015 that never had a proper home until now. Cover is only a quick placeholder, yet this is still so cool and legit in person! Gonna keep looking into this. 💖
