Well, thanks to some VERY good friends from GNI Cabin A8, I have finally made it to Sandy Hook Beach! What a fabulous day and workout! 😅
Been a rough April, but decided to get back into the plugging and pumping for May.
22 years ago, after 5 years of cancer treatment and on my 40th birthday, I had this photoshoot at my home in Ft Lauderdale. Oh, to be that fit again!
After a week of fighting health issues in the hospital, I was treated by this amazing sight upon the return to my summer cabin. Be thankful for the days and nights you have at peace.
New posts up for the cafe lights. Now to wait 24 hours for the cement to dry and my back to recover! 😅😅😅
Fresh ingredients always respond better in the slow cooker. But the smell is shear torture! 😅

So, I know the past election has all my friends down, but I refuse to give in to despair during this time. I will spread love and understanding to those that appreciate it and stare down those who promote selfish ideals. THIS is the America I grew up in.
Today’s efforts were a bit more productive. Brownies are my go to for Christmas gifts and cup cakes this year for some variety. 😅 Now for a drink!
