Cool... I would use a bolt action rifle with a scope for coyotes maybe .243 WIN. Yea, for plinking, I have Mausers, AK's, Mosins, etc.. PPSh-43 SMG is my newest. Like that 7.62x25 ammo. Agreement on the recoil factor for the wife, but a .38 HP wheel gun would do as well for home defense.

I cancelled my WaPo subscription because of their feckless coverage of the election, and before. Ironically they had sent me a renewal, notice and an invoice for $170/year. Which was about three times what my current sub was costing.
