Husband 🏳️🌈& father📍Cardiff. I like all things active travel and outdoors. I will also post a lot of cycling pics. Be kind to others.
A good couple of hours on the bike this morning. Plenty of climbing, but rewarded with the views. The South Wales 🏴 Valleys have a lot to offer and most of the motorists are kind.
We finally had a dry day and it was nice to be able to have a leisurely ride and stop and take photos. It makes a change from the head down and waterproofs mode. #cycling
There, out in the darkness, fugitive running, falling from grace 🎵 Complete silence amongst the darkness of Pontcanna Fields, Cardiff.
I’m not going for a walk. My Dachshund is reluctant to move from his cosy spot @dogs.bsky.social
I would say the same for Wales. The same stories on the news page for days on end. It could and should be much better. Will Hayward is doing far more for Wales with quality journalism than the BBC.
Llyn Ogwen, North Wales. 🏴 Beautiful scenes at the first hint of winter. #gogleddcymru
On the first train out of Cardiff this morning. Cycled in and left the bike no one wants to steal at the station.
Low cloud below the hill line. The pillar of the former Walnut Tree Viaduct at Taffs Well stands proud as a reminder of our industrial past in Wales.
Ghent, Belgium. A place where pedestrians, cyclists, a tram and cars share the road space in harmony. This is how it’s done.
Get outside, get moving, get on your bike. There’s a lot to see out there.
Autumn scenes at Radyr Weir, Cardiff. The things you see by bike. #cycling
A former railway line, now part of the National Cycle Network. At least 40 of the 53 miles I cycled were former railway lines. They would have made a difference in today’s world, but there was no foresight with the Beeching cuts. #Blackwood #wales.
