Hmmm, okay, here's an off the wall idea: What about a de-paperized Water Vellumental dragon? It's mostly just a blue dragon, though having things like belly and breast inflation sliders and tits that lactate water would probably sell the vibe. (Or maybe I'm just projecting really hard. <w<)
