Today, we walked naked up to the Met Office' Radar Weather Station by the summit of Hameldon Hill, Lancashire. We ate our lunch sitting on the nearby trig point at 409 metres (1,342 ft), and enjoyed wonderful panoramic views of the Pennines and Bowland Hills.
Many years ago, I used to run marathons and often ran naked through the woods as part of my training. It's still nice to run free through the woods when we feel like it.

Over the last few days, it's been pretty hot (currently 32C). So, after breakfast this morning, we walked to the woodland above our village, before the day got too hot. Even so, it warmed up pretty quickly even under the shade of the trees. Wearing clothes would have been way too hot and sticky.
It's far too hot for clothes in this heatwave, but perfect weather for an ice cream. So, naked Jane couldn't resist buying some farmhouse ice creams!
