🦉I'm disappointed I didn't have a good camera handy but I got this shot of a Pileated Woodpecker eating Poke Sallet (aka pokeweed) berries here at Jaime's Way this morning with my phone. If you or I noshed on those berries, we'd quickly regret it. 🤮
I was trying to get a shot of that large, dark, squirrel on the tree but ended up with some cool sunbeams in the trees as well.
Zooey (right) seems to think we need to put an end to this DEI stuff. Obviously she was overruled.
