I've not, I searched through videos on youtube for it. This is a larger propane fueled smoker I have now. Actually built it last week, did some chicken legs on Saturday and a rack of ribs for Memorial Day.
To make a brisket like that is a food crime... this was my attempt back in February (the smoker we had at the time was too small to fit the whole brisket so we had to cut it in half, and then finishing it on the grill)
