Not many people know this, but I use a BiPAP. Last night I didn’t use it. And for any of you that don’t know what that is like, it makes you miserable going just one night after using one for a long time. The reason I use a BiPAP is because I have OSA and CSA. My brain literally stops my breathing.

I am getting my big toe fixed this week! I’m having arthrodesis due to hallux rigidus and bone-on-bone arthritis. Won’t be able to walk for a while and will be in a boot for 2 months. But it is definitely worth it!
