This morning we rode bikes from Sillian to Lienz along the Drau river cycleway. Stupenda. What goes down must now go back up.
June garden update. Love this space. Made fresh pesto again with my own kale, garlic, and a heap of this lemon basil.
The second half of today's Giro stage comes through my province. From lovely Lago di Garda to the hot and hazy pianura.

In the end I went through/around the barrier and then went around it again on the other end of the construction. Only way to avoid riding on the superstrada.

This morning my bike and I took the train to Cesenatico. My overly ambitious plan for tomorrow is to watch the Giro women start, then ride to the finish in Ravenna.
I'll look for that! There was also this little wish gnome, and people have left historical Po memories inside the box.
