Listened to it in the 80s as a child and came back to it in the 90s as a teenager and wow, loved it even more.
If I ever find one of these for sale locally I’m going to buy it. My nostalgia for my first car is still strong, even though it was just a 12v automatic.

The bloody automatic school gate closed on me this afternoon during pickup! The SD card in the Dash cam was apparently faulty too. Not worth making an insurance claim over which means the poor car now has another battle scar to go with the front bumper scrape I did on Saturday. 🤬

Finally swapped out my old Chinese made rubber for some new… Chinese made rubber 🤣 These Primacy 5s are whisper quiet though, much better road feel too. Also I love having a 50 profile sidewall, so comfy!
Kids are finally old enough to start cracking open some of my favourite games for family game night. DOS2 is first up. Side note, it’s wild to me that Larian made this game run on an iPad and be cross platform compatible with PC. We’re playing on Linux, Windows PC and an iPad Air m2.
The cockies are back to nibble on the tree! I thought there was someone crashing about in the backyard but it was just these jerks doing some aggressive gardening.

Just had a run up the freeway and back this evening, got some surprisingly great fuel economy out of the Majesta. 11.6km/l which is 8.6l / 100km, 27mpg US, or 32.7mpg UK. Now if only the price hadn’t just jumped 20c per litre in the last couple of days…
Technically not my car any more but I don’t get out enough to take pictures of the Toyota in fun locations…
