This caught my eye as I walked across the grassy open field section of Newbiggin Crags. A nothing shot, but I liked the light and the freshness of the wool.

Went down the allotment yesterday evening to water the crops and took the camera. Had a wander round the site and this caught my eye on the way out!
Can you feel the force....? ....of the wind! Blowing a real hoolie and difficult standing! Slioch across a rather moist bit of bog. An area to return to with a better light, but I quite like the mood. #Slioch #LochMaree

A dusky pink, quite large petalled clematis, which I saw whilst out walking recently.

An old feel to this one which was shot earlier today on Newbiggin Crag.....looking across towards the Barbon fells. A lensbaby sweet 50 on the OM1 (so effective 100mm full frame equivalent).....sweet spot on the centre bottom rock and most of the rest blurred. Getting used to focus now!
I got this one a good number of years ago Shaun. Not necessarily all B&W and a bit heavy going at times, but it covers a helluva lot of stuff.....350 pages (paperback) 10 inches sq
A local farm track with tree and barn, given the ICM treatment. The idea was to shoot high contrast B&W ICM shots (which I did) but the colour version turned out better (imho). The mono really showed up the sensor spots; it's filthy....so that's today's job!!
Another from the same trip to Assynt. A beautiful start to the day which rapidly went downhill, but we managed a few shots from the view point car park on the way to Clachtoll. The layers of Assynt with Suilven looming large at the back.
Oh to be there right now.....Clachtoll Bay in the winter sunshine with a touch of snow on the distant Coigach hills.
