How do we feel about a pain mechanic? Say, when you take X amount of damage, roll a Con or maybe Wis? Saving throw, to see if you can brush off the pain, failing gains you a point of pain, and after X amount of pain points you receive debuffs? Yes I know this is similar to exhaustion. Shut up.
