Electronics, synthesisers, retro computing, art, crafts, cooking, living, breathing. Scotland 🏴will be better as an independent nation, like the hundreds of other independent nations. There's seldom a solution if the problem is profitable.
There is nothing excellent about war, especially not when Labour is declaring it...
England has always had its own parliament. That's a large part of the union deception that sometimes slips out...
All Labour 'gurus' of today simply abuse the ethics and beliefs of the gurus of old, repeating their words, with zero intention behind those words. Like dangling a long decayed carrot which the voraciously dim witted Scots will consume again and again...
Some might think this exaggeration, but abolishment of what we regard as true "slavery" happened over a very long period of time, and the (re)introduction of income tax came just four years later, effectively enslaving us all instead, whilst the wealthiest aristocracy/royals are still dodging taxes.
That news report may as well have been written by the ghost of Thatcher, Blair, IDS or Yvette Cooper. Suddenly Labour have forgotten that punitive sanctions and severe punishments for the ill and disabled are already in place: by them. How much stricter can it be made? It already causes deaths...
My God is better than your God would include you know who. It's *all* master race belief.
More often than not, people who argue with satirists are the butt of the joke that was never really a joke...
Some folk just don't get satire. When 'the UK' (this is partially devolved under certain slants) rules out caps on food prices, one just can't help get the feeling that it's something they SHOULD be doing, just like the caps on domestic energy, public transport, and essential healthcare costs...
You could've asked them for the key to the chains😉 (or bought an angle grinder)
Like anything else with Great British in its title, all the highest paid jobs will centre around London, and Scots will be rewarded with some of the lower paid functional jobs in and around the plants, not all of them, mind.
What does the GBR have to do with Scotland? That is England nationalising its railway system, making it wholly owned by the English government, hiding its debt within UK-wide fiscal pooling. Is nationalisation only good when WM does it? Ordinary Scots are getting a great deal from 'nationalism'...
Ah. So you want rid of scrounging Scotland, Wales and NI and for England to be independent. England will *never* be allowed a referendum. The UK gov have stated as much. Trapped. You should be positively promoting Scottish independence, as that's the only way you'll be free of the sweaty socks...
And just so you know, every democratic criteria for Scotland to hold a referendum on independence once more has been met. But that's no longer good enough. To use language you might more easily understand, some cunt's been moving the goalposts...
Rep. of Ireland and Ireland have a border. Despite a chequered past, cross border trade is booming, at record levels. Similar results are probable if Wales/Scotland leave the UK, as England relies on both for Energy, water + many other resources. Unionists always presume the worst without evidence.
Scotland's fundamental human right to freely choose to leave the UK is nae fitba, munki. The biggest insult in the UK currently going, is from jumped up English mayor Burnham telling the people of Scotland they'll do as they're told, regardless of UN covenants the UK is supposed to cherish.
500,000 WASPI who died without compensation Labour promised. There will also be many thousands of deaths this winter, unable to heat their homes if the Iran/Israel/US debacle does not end, and that figure will disproportionately hit ironically energy rich Scots...
England's exceptionalism has been done to death for centuries. The key weakness is England's right to independence. The UK gov will *never* allow such a vote. Not because they love Scots, Welsh and Irish and want to help them flourish, but because they would vote Yes and ruin England's hegemony...
And that's only the energy side of it. Not all oil is used for fuels. The rest is used in over 5,000 products. The UK has made sure most of them are not manufactured in Scotland.
Almost 10x. That's how much raw Energy Scotland has historically produced. Almost 10x its own consumption in electricity, fuels and gas. Yet unionist 'bots and some unscrupulous politicians and GERS 'hobbyists' insist Scotland couldn't survive outside the union. The opposite is closer to truth.
It's the Highlands and islands (north/NW Scotland) that are getting ripped off the most. (not untypical day on the left: Energy reserved to WM result on right)
Aye. Well. The UK gov rakes in all the revenues, so who cares about a billion here or there? The less said about building wind turbines the better...
Scottish Gas in particular does not get mentioned much, but it is used in large part in England to generate electricity. When people keep repeating that Scotland doesn't have enough energy, it really gets annoying after a point...
Scotland's generators are forking out £1B per annum in transmission charges to supply England with electricity. That's just under half Scotland's entire wholesale electricity consumption. What is it you think 'England' is paying for again?
