💛💛🤍🤍💜💜🖤🖤 Happy International Nonbinary People's Day to me and all the nonbinary people around the world!!! 🥳🎉 While there has been some hardship, my being trans and nonbinary greatly improved my life. I love being trans and nonbinary! 😊🏳️⚧️ #InternationalNonBinaryPeoplesDay #国際ノンバイナリーデー
I am thankful for what Miwa has done for art and entertainment in Japan for nearly a century. I also have to personally thank Miwa for my most viral tweet ever on the internet (posted back in 2022). I wrote a thread about Miwa and it has garnered a lot of attention back then.
(Note: I created this image using FromSoft Image Macro Creator: rezuaq.be/new-area/ima... )
I need the American people to know this extremely rainbow and LGBTQ-supporting Garfield exist officially in Thailand. 🏳️🌈 (I understand it's corporations doing its thing for the Pride Month, but just look at this graphic. It's damn hilarious.)
This is the physical copy of the book I have. It's smaller than a Sharpie and about 70 pages long. As far as I know, there's no English version of this book. It's a nice little novella that makes you feel bad after reading it because horrible things happen (which is a compliment for a horror book).
I felt the need to point the above mistake in particular because it feels like the original source of information is MY Twitteer post from 2024. On the post, I wrote, "虎 ("tora" = tiger(s)) are sometimes used as mascots by JP trans people because "transgender" in JP is トランスジェンダー ("toransujendah")."
🏳️⚧️ IT'S TRANSGENDER DAY OF VISIBILITY 🏳️⚧️ I'm here standing proud as an openly trans and nonbinary Japanese person. If you'd like to support a trans person, I'd appreciate it if you could share my info or refer me to your colleagues and/or workplaces! 💗 #TransgenderDayOfVisibility #トランスジェンダー可視化の日
In central Bangkok, there's a high chance of encountering other trans people. I visited a popular ice cream shop and out of the three waitresses who served me, two of them were seemingly trans femmes. I was in my makeup being visibly trans so I'm sure they were also like, "Oh, a trans customer." 🍨
🌈 Happy 3rd gender-affirming facial surgery anniversary to me! I can't believe it's been 3 years since my 1st facial surgery! I have NO regrets. My life became SO MUCH better after having it done! 😊 Thank you to everyone who has helped me achieve my 1st surgery! I appreciate the support a lot!
I'm surviving on the hope for a better future for the LGBTQ+ communities around the world. ❤️🔥 I'm also living out of fucking spite towards my transphobic blood family back home in Japan and all the trauma I endured in my life. 🔥 We will outlive all of our enemies. 🏳️⚧️
I've been typing "-ai" in my search to avoid the goddamn AI Overview, but a friend tipped me on how to remove AI Overview, so I just did it now. I don't have to type "-ai" all the time when I search (for now). I followed the instruction here: www.androidauthority.com/how-to-turn-...
I frequently forget that I'm 36 years old. Then I remember the fact and I'm like, "I'M 36!? Damn." I'm glad to have survived to my thirties and I'm able to live authentically now. I wish for long, prosperous, and peaceful lives for all my fellow LGBTQ+ people (especially trans & nonbinary people) 💗
Happy 3rd immigration anniversary to me! 🥳🎉 It's been 3 years since I moved to Thailand and my life here has been pretty great! 🍹🥰☀️ Since I moved, I had 2 gender-affirming facial surgeries and my face healed wonderfully for both times. I love my pretty face and thankful to have a peaceful life. 😊
And this is the strawberry sundae I had. Great stuff! 🍓
☀️ Proof of life 🍹 I admittedly have a resting bitch face but I was just having a strawberry sundae. 🍓
In this fast-paced age of convenience, I'm glad to have matured in a way to understand that things that are worthwhile in life (the creation of art by human hands, healthy relationships, the development of critical thought, and many more) often take time and effort to obtain or accomplish.
☀️あけおめ!!!☀️ Happy new year!!! 🥳🎉 Many thanks to my friends and people who support me for another wonderful year in 2025! 💗 Wishing you all great health and great fortune for the new year from sunny and warm Bangkok!!! 🍹😎✨
Happy holidays and/or Merry Christmas to those who celebrate the occasions! 🥳🎉 This day last year, I had my second gender-affirming facial surgery (because business is usual in Bangkok) so I was knocked out for most of the day. 🤣 My face recovered well and I look even better now!!! 🥰💗
I was digging through my miscellaneous image folder and found this altered logo of Dance Dance Revolution from 2023 that I edited with my own hands in, like, 3 minutes. Sharing it here because I think it's still pretty awesome. 🏳️⚧️💗🏳️⚧️
It's been a little over a week since I turned 36 and not a lot changes from being 35, but I'm grateful to be aging peacefully. I'm glad that I persevered through all the shit in my youth because my dreams only started becoming true when I was 29. I'm happy to be a middle-aged queer nonbinary adult 💛
I don't know what level of adulthood this is but my insurance company bought me a birthday cake and delivered it to my house (?) 🤣🥳🎉
🎂 IT'S MY 36TH BIRTHDAY 🥳 I'm grateful to my friends & people who support me! 💗 For my birthday, it'd be so great if you could: 1️⃣ Share this post and/or my pinned tweet; 2️⃣ Tell your friends at companies about me in case they're looking for a Japanese professional for future projects! Thank you! 😉
Thank you so much to my wonderful and considerate friend Pearl ( @pearllow.bsky.social ) for getting me an early birthday present! (My birthday is in less than 2 weeks!) It's such a beautiful set and I love it! 💗✨ Pearl is an earnest and warm-hearted person. I'm thankful to have them as my friend!
Last night, I was thinking how my life has been incredibly enriched due to my being queer, trans, nonbinary, and Japanese. There were many tough times in my youth (like cutting ties with my whole family because they were transphobic) but I'm glad I persevered. I'm living my best life now! 😊✨
📌 Hello, I'm Kitan! I'm a beautiful and bubbly queer nonbinary Japanese person from Japan! ٩( ᐛ )و ALL OF THE SOCIAL LINKS: 💗 linktr.ee/mishimakitan Website: 💗 mishimakitan.com Please check out the thread below for some of my notable credits! 😊
The book I clearly remember having was the guide book for 「ポケットモンスター ピカチュウ」 ("Pocket Monsters Pikachu" aka "Pokémon Yellow Version" in English) because I was getting stuck playing it as an eight year old.
The other day, I went to a tea salon with my friend and had some sophisticated tea. I looked nice in the golden lighting of the salon. ✨ Nowadays, I'm spending less time online. It's partly due to having lots of work but also because I want to enrich the offline experiences in my finite life.
Thanks to a friend of mine (who was visiting from Tokyo) and treating me to dinner! 🥰 Decided to get dressed in a halter top so I can show off my backpiece!!! 😎
Then I walked around downtown to get some stuff I needed, then went to have the fancy, limited-time Shine Muscat bingsu. It was great!!! Very refreshing.
Additional note: The above picture was taken before I ate my brunch which consisted lasagna, pizza, and a bunch of breadsticks. 😎 When the other seemingly trans person stopped me on the street, I was wearing my mask so the part of the makeup they saw was just above the mask (i.e. the eyes & above).
