Can't find the photo from 1976 of my brother and I in similar attire, so here's this. Independence Day 2007, actually ski patrolling on Hood/Palmer.
Calling this a Smoked Rye-volver - a Revolver but with rye (Still Austin in this case) instead of bourbon, and smoked, in this case with maple chips. #HBD2ME
Happy Birthday to me and this dude. I don't get to see him as often as I'd like, but we got to hang out a bit this February. Hopefully we'll get to make turns together again sometime. (That's "Sixtoes" wanting to come out and probably take our sweet treats 😂)
Happy #WhiskyWednesday to all who celebrate. Finally embarking on the second half of the #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld and tonight's dram is a damn fine English rye. Floral, buttery, caramelly, a bit of hazelnut. Cheers! fielden.com/products/rye...
Had to make that decision that dog parents hate to have to make. Just gutted but we know in our hearts it was the right thing to do. 💔🐶 We'll miss you, Snorty Spice. 🌈🌉 #Mana
Done! No more rotting wood steps that were a slipping hazard for delivery folks & kids on Halloween. Decided to skip having railing on the top two steps. Already prefer that. Having a thought or two about the gap behind the tree. Maybe level the ground better & drop an outdoor storage box there.
Front steps getting redone this week. Here's the (mostly complete) teardown from yesterday. Some more demo happening now before they shift from destruction to construction. 😄
Had this in an Old Fashioned in Vegas recently, found it at Black Rose Liquor in Gresham. Stands alone quite nicely. Notes of brown sugar, clove, caramel, cherry, tobacco. Great sipper. www.mindenmill.com/bourbon/
This is a freaking great cocktail, whiskey friends. @ Pachi-Pachi in DTLV
Wonder what they wanted. Didn't ring the bell, didn't leave a flyer or anything...
No, it's set to Dynamic, the way it's always been. First time this has happened. Might have to set it to Built-in next time out. Here's the zoomed in look, clearly *some* movement:
Utter nonsense from my Fitbit Charge 6 GPS for tonight's #TAFC7v7 game. 3.01 miles of distance, somehow. Felt like I couldn't find my rhythm this evening. Way too warm for April, too.
