Was culture vulturing around Ballydehob. Fantastic chat to be had with Pól and Marie in WAS, with current relay exhibition on, and, in another window, saw a painting with a ship in it (recently added?) by reluctant sailor Peter Murray.
Yesterday this fine event happened outside Cork City, facilitated by the lubricators that are artist Peter Morgan and writer Judy Kravis.
Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre: Forward ”said granny in the snow – “Eteenpäin” sanoi mummo lumessa, an exhibition bringing together the work of artists Jane Hughes and Selma Mäkelä for the first time. Curated by Paula Barrett, the exhibition opened yesterday, 28 March, and runs until 16 May 2026.
