Question: what’s up with Miller’s sleeve cuffs, which appear flared at the wrist? It’s almost like bell bottoms for his arms. Really notable in actual video. I’m not aware of any pattern that purposely creates this weird ungainly look, so I’m assuming it’s a secondary effect.

IMO overspray bit them in the ass because it contaminated concrete surfaces they hadn't coated with primer, as well as primer surfaces awaiting coating with Pipeliner 5000. See still from @noturtlesoup17.bsky.social; the fade is overspray. Epoxy and polyurea coatings won't stick well to it.
It's best with the sound off, at least when she's talking. And more than once I wondered if she was actually running a sophisticated Sacha Baron Cohen parody. Like here, showing me they used a Graco Fusion plural-component spray gun, with its muzze impingement-mix module and heated hose bundle.
Quick reflecting pool/bioreactor note re: "cuts over the joints" in the "sealant". If "sealant" here is the blue polyurea topcoat, this is 100% just failure due to contractor error. See pic. Slabs next to a joint that gets filled are blue. Topcoating this will be like painting a teflon pan.
