Dark Souls II modder. Be kind to each other. Tags: #DarkSouls2 #KingsField
Found some unused items in King's Field 3 Pilot Style that have different in final version of King's Field 3. Made this table to show everything because I was running out of space here.
I don't know Japanese, but I've learned enough to finally understand what this card's name is supposed to mean.
Katsuhiro Harada was asked on TwitterX about his impression of Miyazaki and the Dark Souls series, and this part really stood out to me.
King's Field 3's translation is so funny, like, what do you mean 'BORTECTH'?! #KingsField
Decided to go back and properly connect these two areas in Forest of Fallen Giants. #DarkSouls2
Yup, it is indeed causing confusion. I'm seeing Japanese fans confused because they don't recognize who Trevor is, and others explaining that "Ralph is known as Trevor overseas" and stuff like that.
I forgive Dark Souls 2, the switch puzzle in Shulva is just a 10/10.
Of course Bluesky messes up small images. Let's see if upscaled looks better.
I reeeally wanted to doodle one of my favorite One Piece characters. Dude has 2 color palettes, I also wanted to include that. I didn't know it when I started, but today is his birthday, Happy Birthday Stansen!
Alright, alright, I'll give some context. It's an object, o17_1010, and looks like a Razorback Nightcrawler. Harvest Valley's map ID is 17, so it's safe to assume it was planned to appear there, but most intriguing of all, its internal name is "Insect Faucet" (虫の蛇口).
I feel like today I learn a little more about DS2. This seemingly unassuming crow, found only in the files of the original DS2, is connected to a cut boss. Its bone data calls it "Wraith's Crow" (レイスのカラス), as in c5080 "Wraith", a cut boss that very little is known about. #DarkSouls2
