One of the benefits of having your spouse go to NYC for a week is that you get to make dinners totally for you. Two days ago, it was Bistek Ranchero. Tonight, it was risotto with hot beer sausage, yellow and orange bell peppers, and red onion.
I had to clean the pool filter today. Moose decided to use the opportunity to get some sun.

One of the best days along the path of independent publishing is when I get to order author copies. It marks when I am finally done with the thing. 50 author copies of The Jump ordered today.
I wonder about what my dog is thinking too! And I’m pretty sure it’s more on the simplicity side than the astute side. Which I think is great. I’d love to be more simple.
