the loss meme as a spy vs spy comic. white spy walks into the hospital, goes to the reception desk, and talks to the doctor, in each panel he looks increasingly worried. in what is normally the final panel he is looking anguished standing over another white spy lying in the bed in apparent pain. the comic doesn't end there though, another panel shows the white spy pull back the blanket to find that the white spy in the bed is a dummy and a bomb was under the blanket. then one last panel shows the hallway outside the room, a cartoony "boom" explosion puffing out from the doorway, as the doctor removes a mask revealing himself to be black spy giving the v sign
