Yesterday. Doing a day off right by catching up on season 2 of X-Men, 97. A couple of hours very well spent.
People adjacent to me were horrified that the marchers had kids with them and an older woman was moved to tears. She kept saying ‘This is Britain, this isn’t right’. I tried to comfort her by pointing out how few they really are, but I’m not sure it landed
Sad to say that today the streets of Norwich were smeared and stained with the footfall of fascism, led by Paul Golding. They were noisy, but they were few, thank god and most of the people looking on did not appear to be in support. I reckon there couldnt have been more than 30 of them.
Things I did today. Scooter was covered in bug jam so I gave it a clean. Also deweeded 2/3s of the drive as the weeds had gone crazy while I was in Italy. Fucking hard work, but it looks so much better now. Scooter is lovely and shiny now, too 🙂

Went cycling last night. 24.5 miles. Met alpacas, some nice biting flies (not at all nice, actually) and a cunt in a van (not pictured) who tried to run me off of the road.
New Cybermen figures to add to the Doctor Who collection. Superb sculpt and articulation, but the paint is a bit skimpy. The one in close up looks like he has a Terry Thomas ‘tache. Also comes with part 1 of a build-a-figure Yeti from 2nd Doctor Story the Abominable Snowman.

The Commonwealth War Graves in Miano district Napoli. My great-uncle Ken is buried here. He served in the RAF and fought in the Battle of Britain. His untimely death was due to an accident while aboard a ship. I am the first member of my family to visit his grave which felt quite poignant
