These 2 dogs lived many human generations ago and were painted on cookie sheets by a merchant marine ship’s cook and gifted to a long-ago ancestor of mine while they were at sea. They’ve been passed down at least 5 generations. I love that they lived and were so loved. I wish I knew their names.
