#DataScientist, #accountant, #TTRPG, #Improv. Loves cooking, I'm "Private chef" doing #GlutenFree for my lovely coeliac. Fairly left wing and thinks Nazis are rancid little pricks. Personal views here.
I was one tile away yesterday but today... well sometimes you just got to do a little boastin' (because it seems like something I won't do twice 🤣). hankgreen.com/smush · 17 Jul 850 pts · PERFECT 💯 🥞🥞🥞 🥞⭐🥞 🥞🥞🥞 It's a fun game @hankgreen.bsky.social thanks for making it.
As part of project do more #art, be a more rounded human being I have been doing #LinoPrinting. Here is my first ever reduction print, I did a hare. It appears to be the animal of lino printing.
It's 2026 and (there is a non zero risk) @hellybellyb.bsky.social will fail to see Alanis Morissette.
I was into the brutal oppression of Saracens before it was cool. #upfest
Next up it's a @chaosium.bsky.social entry from the rivers of london line up. Again via dtrpg. I've actually got three of these and they are all similar quality. These ones are the premium soft covers. As you can see the internal quality is good. /3
First up it's an example of print on demand from @evilhat.bsky.social via @drivethrurpg.com. The printing and build quality are good, the internals are good. It's sturdy AF. It felt pretty premium. The kickstart one is better of course (colour inside and paper feels), but not so much better. 2/
Yep I've found the two extremes. @mrchrisaddison.bsky.social and @warringtonruncorn.com are forming what I'm going to call the Eurovision twix.
Fair to say opinion is divided on #Australia @warringtonruncorn.com @mrchrisaddison.bsky.social I can see both points.
The weird thing is the algorithm at the big river has just got shitter and shitter as far as I can tell. And they got rid of book, film, and music recommendations. You used to be able to learn things - the sound isolation on the 202s isn't nearly good enough for the recommended application.
There is only one thing in our house mogging and naturally looksmaxxing Look at this gigachad:
I have never heard the first version. I've just had a look in the OED (2007) - after I eventually tracked down the a-m half! I don't think it's that mad.
In an attempt to become a more well rounded human being I decided to take up art having never really done any before. Specifically lino cut. Clearly I still have a LOT to learn, but I was happy with my first real attempt (as opposed to dicking about working out how the cutters respond) #art
Watched Empire Records and it's clearly and 80s movie made in the 90s. With the benefit of hindsight and an accouncy qualification Joe has really fucked himself there. Within about 10 years of 1995 Napster and internet music destroyed loads of independent music shops.
Your last meme saved is your moral philosophy Finally looking forward to my fifth (?) once in a life time economic shock.
Saw @patchworkfez.bsky.social Terminus in the wild in a shop. Didn't buy it as I kickstarted it. I should imagine it will get dispatched the second I go on holiday & left on my door step in the rain. Like a weirdly high number of my crowdfunder projects (6?) I think the bastards are coordinating 🤣
We had Little Christmas yesterday and @hellybellyb.bsky.social rolled a Nat20 on this set from Clockwork Arcana. Which might interest @jeffajaffa.bsky.social. Say it with me: ooooooooooooooooooo
It's been another, I think @hellybellyb.bsky.social will agree, shit year. One of the major challenges has been having to go completely gluten free as a household. Anyway here is our Little Christmas dinner. I did a pretty good job for my first #GlutenFree Christmas. #FoodPorn
It's not a happy story. The ships can still be seen in the middle of the Severn. Five people died. The bridge was never rebuilt. Which is interesting, it's pretty much impossible for my family to be net positive contributors to the UK. /End
In 1960 Jim Dew, temporary captain of the WASTDALE H, was involved in a crash in the fog. Unfortunately his boat and the other boat were both carrying highly flamable stuff, and the bridge was carrying a gas line. /3
A little #FamilyHistory thread today - some families have things they built, discoveries they have made, a famous great great great something. My family has a large piece of national infrastructure we destroyed. 1/
Man I wish I could find/remember the original of this - I thought it was @magehandpress.bsky.social in the middle finger days but it's not in the archive. (That I could see)
