Coming up with creative ways to get protein in. Sausage patties, mashed avocado spread, fried eggs, mango salsa, and dried cilantro.
I have fallen into a bad habit of not eating till around 3pm most days. When I did it was fruit with eggs or avocado toast. Every day around 5 PM the crash would hit. Sleepy, nauseous, headache, angry. So I’m have to force myself to eat protein in the morning; no fruit.
Seasoned ground chicken on bed of green leaf lettuce, Mango salsa, cheese, sliced avocado, sour cream. And Verde sauce. 😋😋😋
Looking around the living room, one thing I will miss are my disco balls. I could acquire more once I am settled in Tblisi. Pairing down to 2 suit cases and a carry on will be hard, but liberating. I’ve been such a maximalist for so long.
