My fursuit is what I think a bearded dragon might look like at 6 feet tall (hence the added horns). Remember, beardies have 2 modes: round and pancake! I'm not in pancake mode so expect round! Don't complain about fetish suits in the elevator -- I can hear you and it doesn't fully apply to me. 🦎🐉

I've also been busy with a bunch of IRL stuff. - added crown molding and painted 2 rooms - installed a fan and built furniture for a new deck - actively trying to get a foundation leak fixed - moved hose spigot and related plumbing away from deck area - computer cooling overhaul - more small things

The problem was obvious from the moment I opened up my GPU. The top part of the GPU die didn't appear to have much in terms of thermal paste coverage. I redid only the paste and now my temps are great and fan noise is much quieter! 👍 Pads were completely intact so I didn't see a need to change them.

Is a GPU hotspot temperature of 106.4 C normal? I'm wondering if the sensor is bad, the software is showing me wrong info, if I should take action, or if this is just normal for a Zotac 3090 Trinity (non-OC version running stock everything, original owner). #pcmr #pcmasterrace #pcgaming

I had originally planned to get an NZXT Kraken Plus, but I didn't like the wiring for it. I did not expect the Arctic LF3 to be so much thicker! I like small PC builds like that. 👍 My HTPC is still in a small case -- the old Silverstone Fortress FT03. Smol, quiet, and performant rules!

Hopefully, yes! I got tired of the noise from my old PC setup. I don't think the cooling was sufficient. The DIY Cuboid-R case was fine when I used to have smaller, 2-fan GPUs, but I don't think it moved enough air for a 3-fan GPU. Here's photos of the old case and fans. Same mobo, GPU, CPU, etc.

My GPU and new AIO wouldn't fit in the old Lian Li 205m, but they do fit in the Corsair 4000D. This case is HUGE. I'm so used to mATX cases but couldn't find one I liked. All the fans are bigger now too, GPU quieter, and the sound is a much lower pitch. PC cooling and noise upgrade accomplished!
