Just a girl you know.
Today on "Twas In Another Lifetime"...a bunch of badges and passes from events and gigs. I must have a pile of sticker-type backstage passes and the odd wristband somewhere too. I'm sure they will turn up at some point.

Yay! Everything is going to be fine. I have an organiser! <- sarcasm. Actually I've had this since May and haven't managed to lose it before the start date - go me! (Forgot the photo first time I posted this😂)
Right. I've been struggling to concentrate reading on the kindle, it happens at times. Plus I do love actual books. The kindle was convenient for work, currently I don't have to worry about books getting mauled in my work bag. 😂 Anyway, this arrived just now and is next on the reading list.
New (to me, not actually brand spanking new) bookage. (And I've just brought another load of books home from my parents too)
Train delayed - trespassers on the railway. (Literally only going six minutes down the line, but had to be out of the house to get a tram around 9 for a train at 10) I could get there all the way by tram but it's a longer trip and there's no aircon on the buggers.
Today's bits of yay!- painting pebbles, adding whimsy accounts to my other social media to make it all a bit nicer when doom scrolling, having corn on the cob with my evening meal, remembering to put the washing on the dryer, being slightly cooler and waxing nostalgic with great friends online.
Well, today just improved. Issue 60 of @filmstories.bsky.social just came through the letter box with an almighty THUD!! I have some things to do then later I can tuck into this as my reward.
Tilly Cat died peacefully in our arms very early this morning. We're going to miss her so much. ❤️
This time last week - my Sunday Live Blog from International Pop Overthrow Liverpool 2026 planetmystic.booweb.co.uk/music/sunday...
I need to take new photos of my stuff for my etsy shop so I got a little foldable studio thing, and planned to go on the search for my ring light and find a place to set it all up. Turns out the box has an LED strip in it. Anyway this little.dude is one of the props for the photos.

*NEW POST* A playlist of song videos from International Pop Overthrow Liverpool 2026 (I only have eight videos - wuld have been more but the mic oon one camera couldn't handle the noise in the venues) planetmystic.booweb.co.uk/music/video-...
Saturday Liveblog - Mostly Not International Pop Overthrow Liverpool planetmystic.booweb.co.uk/personal/sat... A day of doing non-event things, due to how loud and full of hen and stag parties it gets around and in the venues. (I prefer to avoid the overwhelm where I know it will be inevitable)
Apparently I'm not going to be using my mini laptop for a little while. 😂
Five years today since this dude and I finally realised we were a couple. (We were last to notice😜) I'm glad we took a punt on spoiling a good friendship, it's been quite lovely ever since.
I've been making new pendants over the last couple of days. First pic - they are made from random paper ephemera ai got for a failed scrapbooking attempt. The other two pics - they are made from some Grateful Dead postcards I had lying around. I used as much as I could of each card.

Anyone into motorbike vlogs out there? My other half is almost at 400 followers and it would be nice to hit this milestone. It's not a monetised thing it's just for fun really. Anyway here's his youtube channel . youtube.com/@slorida
Today so far, Tilly has weirded me out by sitting in the most bizarre way on the stairs. It's like she's split.in.two and sitting beside herself. And then she sat on my lap and put her paws in my hands and I wasn't allowed to move them for a while.
My cat is sulking. Her primary human didn't come home last night. She has spent the night sleeping on one of his t-shirts in the laundry box. (I rescued his other clothes but left the shirt as a comfort to her.) Good morning.
