After a long travel day, as soon as I get into my hotel room, the clothes come off.
I feel blessed that a Detroit yoga studio offers a nude class. The class is gaining popularity and frequency. Last night's class, which was at capacity, was a good flow in a hot room. Just what I needed to leave the week's stresses on the floor.

Today was a beautiful day for a naked 5K! This year I actually trained for it. As a result I had a decent time and felt better afterwards. In a naked run, you see so many beautiful bottoms!

Its been a tough week, but the weekend highlight was joining 20 new and old friends in outdoor hot tubs during a bright sunny afternoon.
Today we had our dog euthanized at home. She loved spending time outside, especially on our deck at our nudist campground site. Because of a bladder issue, she often wore more clothes than I did! We will miss her immensely. RIP sweet baby girl.
I love a good Korean spa. I spent the afternoon at Spa World outside of DC. Pools and saunas, all different temperatures, filled with beautiful and confident nude men of all ages, shapes, and colors. I loved it. In the dry area, everyone wears the same uniform, colored Happy Utopia Yellow.
Hanging with 15 naked friends in an outdoor hot tub was just what I needed this afternoon.
I've biked it 3 times so far, the last time in 2018. I look forward to biking it in 2026!
