Fitbit had an update. I have been having dialogue with AI about my health. I have to remind myself this ongoing “conversation” with a robot is not a real person. After relaying that I will be digging up some perennials tomorrow it asked if I needed any suggestions how to protect my knees & back.

Does anyone realize that jets are attack right now? I can’t find anything in the news but my nephew is in the Bahamas with jets flying overhead.

Even though I have another dog I lost my soulmate dog five years ago. Like you I still miss her. My friend also gave me a painting she did of Callie.
