Alongside the CPU sampling profiles, the profiling tools automatically estimate the profiled session's memory usage; there's nothing extra to turn on. When you collect with Stop schedule and get profiles, the session's estimated total memory and object count are retained with the results, and the agent presents them in a human-readable form, for example, "about 512 MiB across 1.2 million objects", so you can see at a glance whether memory is a factor.

The profiles the agent collects are the same ones that appear on the Performance Profiles page, and you can open them in the Visual Studio Code AL Profiler just as you would a downloaded recording.

Field Service Integration Update

We have updated Business Central Field Service Integration to better respect the Dataverse Product setting Convert to Customer Asset during Service Item to Customer Asset synchronization.

Previously, eligible Service Items could be synchronized to Field Service Customer Assets even when the related Field Service Product had Convert to Customer Asset set to No. With this fix, new uncoupled Service Items will now honor that setting and will not create new Customer Asset synchronization when conversion is disabled.

To avoid disruption for existing customers, already coupled Service Item / Customer Asset pairs are preserved. These records will continue to synchronize as before, even if the related Product has Convert to Customer Asset = No.

This keeps existing integrations working while ensuring new synchronization follows the intended Field Service product configuration.

The update will be available starting with Business Central 28.4.

The number of recently deleted environments for a tenant can't exceed 10 environments. If this limit is exceeded, the environment that has been in retention the longest is removed from the Recently deleted environments page to make room for the newly deleted environment.

Not all Show-it buttons require explicit ErrorInfo code. The single-parameter TestField(Field) method automatically adds a Show [Record] navigation button to the error dialog when validation fails. The platform resolves the target by finding a Card-type page whose SourceTable matches the record's table.

This implicit behavior has limitations compared to explicit ErrorInfo-based navigation:

No field highlighting on the target page
No custom button caption (always "Show [Record Name]")
Always navigates to the default card page (can't specify an alternative page)
No detailed message or title
The two-parameter TestField(Field, Value) overload doesn't auto-generate navigation — it shows only a plain error with an OK button.

If you need more control over the Show-it behavior, use the ErrorInfo overloads of TestField or use Error(ErrorInfo) directly as shown in the examples in this section.
