I get that purple and maroon are darker, so in a way it makes sense that they're the colors associated with more severe smog on the AQI, but the bright red does feel more alarming in terms of warning people of the hazard, despite being less severe
Garlic powder is a Sin Against Nature but grating fresh garlic with a microplane is Coastal Elitism, so actually jarlic is the true Middle Way and the only path to Enlightenment
