A nurse who finally retired after 46 years DNP, RN. Long Covid changed my life. Mask up. Completed LC PT/OT and it helped a little. Now planning to experiment with an auricular vagus nerve stimulator. Hope it takes me further along in my recovery!

Watered the flower (left), pepper & herb snails (right). 🐌 Just about to start “rage baking” loaves of bread. This is how I cope with reading the Epstein file atrocities. Full on depravity! Now an illegal war for no good reason or threats to our homeland. So sad we have fallen so far.
My first flower - marigold seed snail popped. The other 9 flower & 9 herb snails are looking good. I found wild strawberries at Whole Foods and just peeled & planted the outer seeds to make tart strawberry plants - hopefully. Transitioning from nurse with long covid to personal organic farmer.
I protested today for Renee Good. 17 degree wind chill in Omaha, NE. So glad I showed up - participation matters. Justice matters. Each of us individually and collectively using our voices matters.

So very wrong on every level and sane people realize it - that’s what frustrates them - that sane people of any and all political beliefs just won’t vote for them and their fomenting of violence against other fellow Americans. Also… #ReleaseTheEpsteinFiles
