This is for the next train. The same fault on two trains in a row? You’re clearly lying again.
I assume we’re now sat at Gillingham not knowing what’s going on because your app’s said we’re not stopping at the next two stations for at least the last 20 minutes , but no one on the train’s been told anything. Do you think you could go one day without messing up and/or lying?
Your website is still suggesting delays will only be up to an hour, as it has all evening. You might want to take a look at that, it suggests that at best you’re not communicating very well and at worst you’re deliberately lying (I assume it’s the former, others may draw a different conclusion).
Far too many of you watching this third place game. I’ve just finished this instead.

This is a tough read. One of those books that somehow manages to build tension even though you know what happens.
